The only thing redeeming about this caterer is the quality of the food and service at the actual reception. Everything up til that point was awful. He does not answer phone calls, does not return messages, does not respond to his email, and it took him two weeks and repeated phone calls to send me an email that I saw him typing to me. Also, when we agreed upon times to meet, he was always late. I was told for a meeting that he would be there at two, and he was fifteen minutes late. I was told, on the day of the wedding, that he would be at his office at noon so we could drop something off, and he was forty five minutes late. He didn't write down a lot of the specific details that we wanted and had to be reminded repeatedly of what they were. For our initial meeting, he had his wife and son there, who kept talking and interupting us as we were trying to talk. If it weren't for the lack of options in Ruston, I would have tried to find someone else. I don't know why he came so highly recommended.
