She did a great job. Make sure to look over the contract that she gives you when you book her and make sure everything you talked about is on there. I didn't notice she left off the salad and some toppings for the potatoes. She did add them to the menu, but only after talking to me (the bride) and not my step-mom. She really wants it to be what the bride wants. You can't beat the price she gave it to us. She has family members come with her to do the serving and they are not professionals but they are well behaved and try. The food was excilent tasting. I believe a number of my guest have arranged to get food from her, so they loved it as well.
