Invitation Consultants

I ordered a sample and was sent the wrong sample. I am unable to get anyone on the phone to deal with the situation. I will most likely not order my invitations from them since there has been no customer service thus far.

If there was a possibility of giving this company a 10 star rating, I would give them an 11. I was beyond impressed with the quality and service I reveiced from Invitation Consultants. I had ordered a sample of an invitation that was so creative and perfect for the style of wedding we were having. Upon quickly receiving the sample, I was a little disappointed in the colors that had printed, as the coloring was not very accurate to the picture shown. I emailed the company a picture of what I received and a screen shot of what was shown on the computer and inquired to why there was such a difference. They quickly responded apologizing and offering a solution to the problem; making the colors brighter to accurately represent the online picture. Within a few more days I received a second sample with the new colors and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The following day I ordered 80 invitations in the new and improved color scheme. I emailed back and forth with different people from the company to verify that what I was ordering would be printed with the colors of the second sample. Surely enough, I received my order today and could not be happier. Invitation Consultants was so easy to work with and stood behind their product with no questions asked! Again, could not be happier and will definitely use for future invitation needs!

Invitation Consultants were a breeze to work with and were the perfect choice for our invitations! We had a small wedding and our theme was sort of vintage french. I love all sorts of damask prints and the color pink. In recent years though, that print and the black/white/pink color scheme has been EVERYWHERE. As a bridal vendor myself, I get to see a lot of what other brides are using for their big days. And while everything always looks beautiful, a lot of stuff can feel cookie cutter. We chose an alternative location, and had nontraditional ideas when it came to our ceremony and reception. I wanted our invitations to reflect that. Invitation Consultants offered just that! I found a whole invitation suite that reflected our theme, could be totally customized and was still very affordable. They were quick to respond to any of my questions, even called to confirm some of the customization I requested and got everything to us in a timely manner. Nice products, bad shipping. Invitation Consultants tries to save a buck by sending USPS with no tracking number. They reprinted and delivered to me after the wedding but they should have given me the choice of a getting a refund instead. Would not use again.

Throughout the wedding planning process, one of the things I was probably the most picky about was the wedding invitations. I wanted the invitations to be simple, yet beautiful, and to reflect the fall theme of my wedding. I came across Invitation Consultants online and, after browsing their invitation samples, fell in love with a particular style/theme that I had not seen anywhere else. I ordered this style as my invitation and it turned out to be absolutely beautiful. The order was shipped in a reasonable amount of time and was even quality-checked by a staff member (they left a card in the box stating that this person was in charge of quality-checking my order). My now husband and I received many compliments on the invitations. I would recommend Invitation Consultants to anyone.

I loved my invitations! They were fun and easy to create. Shipped very quickly. And cheap to boot! Loved them...

The invitations they did for me were beautiful. I got so many compliments on how nice they were. My only complaint was that they were too thick for the envelopes, so I had to get glue stick to make them seal. Also they were so heavy they were expensive to mail. Highly recommend...the invitations were wonderful, high quality and no mistakes! I got the pearl hearts on white stock with burgundy lettering and everyone loved the invitations. The selection was great but the value was even better. I ordered the invitations, inner envelope, outer envelope, tissue paper, the reception card, RSVP card and the return envelope...all was perfect! They give you extras already assembled so you will know how to put them together. The shipping took about 12 days but I wasn't in a rush so it was fine with me and everything arrived excellent. It was raining the day of the delivery by UPS so the shipping box was wet and I was worried it would be wet on the inside but each item was individually boxed so everything was dry :) Couldn't be happier with our choice!

Invitation Consultants was exactly what I needed for my invitations. At first, I was hesitant to use an online vendor for my invitations, but if you're budget conscious, you can't beat the options for the price. Invitation Consultants had a great selection and lots of options for formatting and personalizing. I was slightly annoyed at the extra cost for samples (just the paper, I wanted to feel the weight) and an electronic proof of the final, but they were worth it. When I ordered invitations, they provided a promo code for so much money back for each sample item if you ordered from them. And with the electronic proof, I was able to have my MOH and others preview and proofread before i ordered - always a good thing! My mom noticed I left of the day of the week. I never spoke to their customer service, but my order came in time and was correct. They even include a few extras (like 3) for good measure. I highly recommend ordering extra envelops if you're doing your own addressing.....we almost went through all 25 extras I ordered. I received tons of compliments on my finished product, even from friends who working in the printing sector. I highly recommend.

Our invites were beautiful and arrived with amazing timing! We were a little worried about ordering our invitations online but they did an amazing job! I'd definitely continue to give them my business for any invitations I need in the future. Their selection is great!

We used the "Graceful Green" invites from Invitation Consultants. We did order a sample first, and the quality of our invites was exactly the same as the sample. We were a little nervous about spelling mistakes, but they do a check before printing and will alert you if they find anything off! Everything looked great and was delivered in the time-frame published. I would recommend using them, but definitely get a sample of any card you think you want to use so you know exactly what you're getting.

Invitation Consultants have a wide variety of choices for your invitations! Also, they're so unique. I bought all 400 of my invitations for my wedding from this website without knowing what they looked like in person and they came to me in perfect quality! They were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

we ordered our invites through invitation consultants and got everything on time and perfectly. it was so affordable. i loved that i was able to arrange everything the way i wanted and didn't have to go with a generic saying. it worked perfectly for us.

Love their invitations. Hard to decide which ones to go with. So many beautiful designs and overall selection. Finally decided on one, ordered them and was very happy. A couple of my guests commented on how nice they were, too.

We ordered our invitations as well as our favors through Invitation Consultants. This is a web based service that allows you to design your ideal invite at the fraction of the cost of visiting a invitation designer. One has to have confidence in their own 'design eye'. The online tool allows you to choose from several fonts and to create a 'digital proof' that is a good representation of the final product. We did have some setbacks while designing our favors (monogrammed seed packets of vegetables and herbs that we grow in our garden) but they worked with us until they were perfect.

We loved the invitation consultant and would recommend them to everyone!!! We ordered matches and invitations from them and everything was perfect! An example of how much they went out of there way was when we got the matches; they looked great but part of the foil design didnt look right so I imed a sales associate from there website and explained the situation. They reprinted all of our matches at no extra cost and shipped them out immediatly!!! No one is better than the invitation consultants!! I will use them again in the future!
