\r\n\r\nOur Dream Wedding \r\nI was skeptical of using a wedding planner at first. I asked, \"why spend money on a wedding planner when we could put that money toward the wedding?\" However, I soon realized that the money we saved far exceeded the fee for Love In Bloom, LLC. -starting with the beautiful invitations (I checked with local retailers and online vendors). Donna found the exact invitation my daughter invisioned and at a fraction of the cost. She led us to Carolyn Drake who not only did the calligraphy, but also stuffed, stamped, and mailed our invitations. Many of our friends commented on the beautiful calligraphy. All the paper goods were exceptional, embossed napkins and thankyou notes and a beautiful wedding book and engraved pin set. She guided us to vendors like Pelican Tents, who everyone thought must have supplied brand new tents - they were simply beautiful. Donna not only gave us ideas on how to make our wedding unique, but helped us to accomplish that goal. Four Seasons String Quartet along with our talented friends provided beautiful music throughout the ceremony. Our band, The Groove Agents, were great. They really responded and worked well with the crowd at the reception. Gemi Adcock, out of Benton, arranged beautiful flowers, while TG\'s from Minden supplied beautiful live shrubs and trees. The food was exceptional, provided by Upper Crust Catering. The cakes were awesome, by Debbie Griffen in Minden. She actually did the groom\'s cake by a sketch from the groom. It was perfect. And the bridal cake was breathtaking. And Kelly Cathey, photographer, captured it all. Also, I can\'t forget the valet service, who never kept anyone waiting, thanks Paul. Also, Donna kept us on a timeline to make sure we didn\'t miss any deadlines! We could not have been any happier. Your ultimate goal is to make your daughter\'s dreams come true and to stay within your budget. Donna Brian made this possible.

Mrs. Donna of Love in Bloom was such a blessing throughout our entire wedding planning process! We were fortunate to be introduced to her by a family friend a couple of years ago and sought out her guidance immediately following our engagement in October. In the world of wedding planning, 4 months is not a lengthy engagement, but Mrs. Donna skillfully guided us through securing wedding vendors, booking hotel blocks, ordering wedding stationary, setting up store registries, preparing newspaper announcements, planning the wedding weekend schedule of events, determining the reception layout, finalizing the menu and more! She had beautiful style suggestions that made our day unique and a reflection of us!! Wow! Donna and her staff were so very organized in planning my daughters wedding. As many brides become aware of, wedding planning can easily create a headache!! Thankfully, having used Love In Bloom as my designated wedding planning coordinators, I NEVER once expierenced any headaches while planning my special day. The exquisite services that Love In Bloom provided for my wedding day can be beat by no one. I have and will continue to recommend Love In Bloom to any future bride/groom planning their wedding day. Love In Bloom is simply a blessing.

When I hired Donna, the only thing I asked was that I would not have to deal with any vendors and be relieved of stress the day of the wedding. She claimed her services were professional and she would make sure it was a wonderful event. Here's what went wrong: 1-One of the 4 tour buses from Mayo tours (big mistake hiring them), the wedding party bus showed up at the hotel to pick up the bride and bridesmaid with no a/c in 80+ degrees and were told they had never been contacted by Donna. After waiting for another bus, the wedding party was 35 minutes late getting to the church. The F.O. Bride had to call the bus company & was extremely upset. The bride is crying and M.O.Bride is upset. 2- The bride was not asked to get into the bridal room on schedule and two bus loads of guests pulled up with no ushers or greeters in place and guest were coming around the church to see the bride and groom taking pictures. The M.O. Bride starts seating guests so the service can start on time. Very embarrassing and extremely stressful. 3- the Party bus driver did not have directions, it was not directed at the reception as per the itinerary and hit a electric pole and knocked down a live electric wire which was dangerous to everyone. A large Swepco truck had to be call out to the reception to kill the live wire. 4-Some of the guest were informed that the photographer was about to leave because we had not paid him to stay and discussed personal information with them which was not true, had she checked the contract it clearly showed that the contract was for 11:30 which was when the couple was to leave. Again, very embarrassing and stressful because the photographer came to the M.O. Bride to say goodbye when the contracted time was not over. There were numerous other stressful events that I won't mention. All I asked of Donna was to take care of the details so I could just enjoy the big day. I called for an appointment and met her to explain my disappointment and the things that went wrong and she was the "Queen of Excuses". I have another friend that was very unhappy with Donna's services beginning with the Bride's $10,000 gown being extremely wrinkled upon opening the bag to put it on to take pictures, when Donna insisted on taking care of it and continually saying they were switching to Plan B. She finally asked when do I get Plan A, because I paid for Plan A. At another wedding Donna managed, the M.O. Bride came to me and asked if the wedding couple could use my convertible since the limo did not show up and they had to leave. The groom, who had been drinking had to drive off in my car so they could leave the reception. Again, Donna made an excuse. I plan to report these issues to the Association of Bridal Consultants with a formal complaint. I, along with my friend, were definitely, financially and mentally impacted and misrepresented as to the service we would receive.

Donna did an excellent job coordinating our wedding! My husband and I were just married October 1, 2011. The wedding was absolutely gorgeous! Donna was there the whole time finishing the fine details and making sure things ran smoothly. We are still receiving complements from our guest. Thanks to donna for making our wedding experience unforgettable!

I attended Natasha and Mackenzie Crawford’s wedding at the Shreveport Convention Center in October 1, 2011. The décor, uplighting and ice bar were spectacular. I have been to several events with Love in Bloom serving as the wedding coordinator. Donna is is reliable, friendly and very personable. It is truly a service every bride deserves on her special day. I will definitely hire Donna as my daughter’s coordinator on her wedding day in the near future.

Donna Brian is an amazing person to work with. She coordinated my daughter's wedding and I have worked with her on many weddings over the past 12 years. Donna Brian superbly executed the wedding of Natasha and Mackenzie on October 1, 2011 at the Hilton Hotel in Shreveport. This involved the total transformation of a blank space ballroom into an attractive, inviting, and romantic venue to welcome family and friends. To complicate the matter, both the bride and groom lived in separate cities over 200 miles away. Donna was indispensable and she and her assistant, Caroline, arrived early on the date and stayed until the last possible moment at the end. The result was so very stunning that this wedding is to be featured in an international bridal magazine in 2012. Congratulations to Donna and Love in Bloom--you are THE BEST!!!
