Next Generation Picture Studio

My husband and I were so glad that we hired Jeff as our wedding photographer. Jeff is so easy to work with. Throughout the whole time, he has given us a lot of constructive ideas/ suggestions on how to pose for our engagement and wedding photos in a natural way. He showed up at least an hour early for both our engagement and wedding photo shooting and walked around the locations to make sure he captures the most beautiful scene and lighting for our photos. He responded to email quicky and he is willing to listen to customer's inputs. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking for a valued and professional photographer.

We just had our wedding photographed by Next Generation Picture Studio and we're amazed with their work! Here's the story: A month before the wedding, we still had not chosen a photographer. We were searching yelp, projectwedding, and craigslist for the perfect person. The problem? We were having a big, indian wedding and needed someone for 2 days at a reasonable cost. We also needed someone who could please our family with portraits and please us with artistic photos. After contacting and reviewing the work of some 40 photographers, we were left with Next Generation Picture Studio and Treasure Photography as the last ones standing. We were a bit hesitant with NextGen because their website did not have as many examples as we had hoped to see, while Treasure clearly has a lot of experience. Given our hesitation, we contact NextGen and asked for a meeting with a couple test shots so we could see their work. Nothing fancy, just some pics standing in front of a wall where we met. Looking at the pics of us and the other ones NextGen had sent us for background, we couldn't find anything to dislike and the pics clearly showed that NextGen had experience. Plus, for about half the cost of Treasure, the choice with NextGen was clear. Jeff and Laura of NextGen were responsive and on-top-of-it. They asked the right questions, visited the locations early so they knew where the good shots were, showed up at the event ready to go, and produced a sample of pics 3 days after the wedding, with the full set 3 weeks after. Our guests are still raving about the pics, and NextGen did a great job getting pics of everyone (and you know how happy people are when they see professional photographs of themselves). Plus, Jeff and Laura brought along another photographer since the event was so large and extensive over two days. Our package included an engagement shoot, coverage for two days, and a slideshow. NextGen was easy to work with -- no egos. We were pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of NextGen's work, and would highly recommend them. I know you are thinking this review sounds too good to be true, but we just found NextGen on craigslist and took a chance (after our due diligence research). We're happy with the pics and wanted to make our first married couple review about them!
