My florist didn't tell me that she doesn't work in the summers and that someone else would be handling the majority of the flowers. So she didn't know a lot of the specific things about my flowers that I had requested. They completely messed up my tossing bouquet and another arrangement we were going to have. Not worth the prices that they charge.
