We had our wedding and reception at the Atrium. Very beautiful place to have a wedding. Although, nothing was set up at the specified time we had agreed. The bar did not have the alcohols we had specifically requested and PAID for. The food was put out late. The event staff was horrible. Instead of refilling waters and clearing plates, they were drinking our alcohol and dancing on the dance floor. Not very professional. When we approached the managers about this issue, they called us liars to our face. I will never have an event there again and do not recommend it to anyone. It is a very beautiful location, but the service was not worth it.

The Atrium was a great place for our wedding reception. They provided a limo for my husband and I as well as really good food for a great price. We worked with Rhonda and she was amazing. She set up everything and catered to every concern or idea we had. Their staff was awesome and helpful. They are in the process of remodeling now so it looks even better than when we used it. I would highly recommend them. We received a complimentary stay in one of their amazing hotel suites and our guests were able to book rooms with them as well. They will work with you in every way possible. We had to book last minute because our previous vendor Canard's closed 2 months before the wedding. Luckily they had an opening and were so easy to work with.

I hate to give a bad review based on one wrong thing. The whole place was lovely, our room was gorgeous. The suites are the best you will find in Monroe Louisiana. The rest of the rooms are under renovation so they will be nice when that is done. I can say that renovations were very very necessary, but they are doing them. The actual atrium where the food was served and the conference hall where the music was played was great. The food was very good, I have to admit I did not eat very much, the staff is very kind and they will have two plates of food waiting on you in the room after the reception is over. The music was supposed to stop at 11:00 on the dot. It went until 1:00 and there was no problem with that. The one and only problem that we had and unfortunately it turned into a rather large problem was that we asked for only beer and wine to be served at the reception. We ended up with an open bar, and a price tag of an open bar that followed. We had a contract and produced a contract to the Atrium that we signed for only beer and wine, we still were not reimbursed. It took months of my mother calling everyday to get SOME of the money back. Every time she called it was the same story, the check was in the mail. It was our experience that the level of professionalism was very low. That was the only bad thing that I can say about this place, unfortunately it was a big one.
